Chasing Dreams” Your diamonds are not in far distant mountains or in yonder seas; they are in your own backyard, if you but dig for them.” Russell H. Conwell

Conwell used a parable to illustrate a wonderful message: within each of us lies a wellspring of abundance and the seeds of opportunity. Sarah Ban Breathnach in her book Simple Abundance tells us about the parable. She says “for each of us there is a deeply personal dream waiting to be discovered and fulfilled. When we cherish our dreams and then invest love, creative energy, perseverance, and passion in ourselves, we will achieve an authentic success.”

Just think if you could do anything in the world, what would it be? Let your imagination soar and you will discover that your own personal success is as close as your own backyard.

And remember as the book the Secret says ” A heart on fire with excitement and passion has a huge magnetic power.”

“If we’re stuck with having expectations, there’s a very good reason to embrace positive ones: it’s that we often create what we anticipate.” -Martha Beck, life coachA daisy for you

“What I know for sure is that pleasure is energy reciprocated. What you put out comes back. Your base level of pleasure is determined by how you view your whole life.” Oprah

“One can get just as much exultation in losing oneself in a little thing as in a big thing. It is nice to think how one can be so recklessly lost in a daisy!”-Anne Morrow Lindbergh, aviation pioneer and author

“What is life ? Is the flash of a firefly in the night…the breath of a buffalo in the winter time…a little shadow which runs across the grass and loses itself in the sunset.” -Crowfoot 1821

Hope you have enjoyed reading these great quotes, have a wonderful day!

Cherokee Prayer REV1I would like to share what I read this morning from one of  my favorite books, A Cherokee Feast of Days Daily Meditations by; Joyce Sequichie Hifler –  she spoke of summertime when we were children and the days were so long and we would daydream or just hide out in a secret place, it was a good time and we expected everything to be good…

Now we have less time and more responsibility-or have we let fear steal our joy? If we let it, it will tell us we can’t remember details, we hear less, our vision is blurred and we are afraid of what we see and read. Fear is a contaminate that dulls our senses. But it can’t affect us when we turn around  and renew and restore our minds. “

All my life I have loved and lived by sayings and quotations. One of my favorites is: ” We all have the power to give Symbol for love in Kanjiaway love, to love other people. And if we do so, we change the kind of person we are, and we change the kind of world we live in.” (Harold Kushner) So believe in love and everything it touches. Then send love across the planet and imagine others receiving it. There is much fear and negativity in the world at this present time but also I believe there is much good and positive energy as well. We are all connected and the act of sending love is felt by all.

I challenge you all to sit quietly and really think about what your heart truly desires and “put it out there” Be a Creator Being!” and don’t forget to send the love out there!!!

A Man Thinking” A man is but the product of his thoughts. What he thinks, he becomes.” Mohandas Karamchand Gandhi (1869-1948)

I take this one step further and say you can most certainly help others through your thoughts, and they can help you. Our thoughts are very powerful. Every good thought you send to another is a living force. So give joy, smiles, warm words and appreciation. Speak from your heart and give the best of you everyday. Make another person’s day better with kind thoughts and words.

Live today to the fullest – be in the moment . Oh yes, we all hear this everyday. How easy is it though? Not too easy some days and then on other days it is much easier to be in the moment.  First one must breathe – and I mean BREATHE – and then think how can I be present with what I am doing.  Being focused on the task at hand and “one with it”. Enjoy what you are doing whatever that may be.

Take a Full Breath
